What it is

A two-hour expert call walking through your rating's lowest-scoring criteria, with concrete remediation guidance per finding. The call costs $500, paid in USDC from the dashboard. Completing a call unlocks a Tier 1 re-rating at $250 so the improvements you ship can be reflected in a fresh published rating.

Eligibility

Improvement calls are available to any signed-in account — no subscription required. The one prerequisite is a delivered commissioned rating for your entity, because the call works through your actual scorecard. Commission one first from /dashboard/commission if you haven't yet.

Requesting and paying

  • Open /dashboard/commission and find your delivered rating.
  • Click Request improvement call on the card. This sends us your request; no payment yet.
  • We review it and send a $500 invoice. Your call then shows as Invoice sent on /dashboard/improvement-consultancy.
  • Click Pay $500 on that card, pick a chain, send the exact USDC amount to the generated address, and the dashboard polls until the payment confirms.

What happens after payment

Once your payment confirms, a Book your time button appears on the call. Use it to pick a slot on our scheduling link for your 2-hour call. After the call you receive a written summary by email, and the discounted re-rating becomes available.

Statuses

  • requested: created, awaiting our invoice.
  • invoiced: invoice sent, ready to pay.
  • paid: paid; pick a time on the booking link.
  • completed: call held; summary delivered.
  • declined: request declined before invoicing.
  • cancelled: cancelled; the reason shows on your dashboard.
